HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH OF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK AND WHAT CAN I DO IF I WANT TO GET SOLD OUT ITEMS?

• We do not accept any reservations. The items you add to your shopping bag will be kept for as long as the product is available. However, these items are not placed on hold and someone else may purchase the item even if it is in your cart.

I HAVE MADE PAYMENT, BUT MY ORDER FAILED TO GO THROUGH, HELP!

• Please send us an email immediately at info.verveartsfest@gmail.com stating your paynow name and amount transferred
• Also let us know what the issue was (e.g. purchased item x but faced the error of “no shipping method available”)
• Once we have verified the payment was processed without the order going through, we will assist you to make the order again, or provide necessary refunds.
• However do note that our Paynow account cash balance is swept into a master account daily at 10.30pm, hence we have very limited time to issue refunds.

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

• We only accept cancellation requests sent within 1h of the order. 
• Send us an email at info.verveartsfest@gmail.com and inform us of your order number, and reason for cancellation.
• Once your order has been sent out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, items are stored at and will be shipped from various locations around Singapore, hence items your order may come in different packages at different times! The shipping costs for the products purchased from OVD are subsidised and standardised across all products offered at OVD. This is in order to stay true to one of our values, which is to make art more accessible to the community. The costs you pay help us to offset some of our shipping costs as well!

Registered mail will not be offered by OVD due to the high costs involved. Thank you for your patience, and we apologise for any inconveniences.

VERVE ACCOUNTS

You must create an account at Verve in order to gain access to the services and functionality that we may establish and maintain from time to time and in our sole discretion. You may never use another User’s account without permission. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify Verve immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Verve will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account.

By providing Verve your email address, you consent to our using that email address to send you Service-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. We may also use your email address to send you other messages, such as changes to features of the Service and special offers. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you may opt out or change your preferences by clicking “unsubscribe link” in newsletter. Opting out may prevent you from receiving email messages regarding updates, improvements, or offers. Please note that if you do not want to receive legal notices from us, including without limitation a notification that this Agreement has changed, those legal notices will still govern your use of the Service. Upon termination of this Agreement or your access to the Service for any reason or no reason, you will continue to be bound by the terms of this Agreement which, by their nature, should survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Verve Users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users. Verve shall have no liability for your interactions with other Users, or for any User’s action or inaction. 

USER CONTENT 

For the purposes of this Agreement, “Intellectual Property Rights” means all patent rights, copyright rights, mask work rights, moral rights, rights of publicity, trademark, trade dress and service mark rights, goodwill, trade secret rights and other intellectual property rights as may now exist or hereafter come into existence, and all applications.

Verve takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content that you or any other User or third party posts or sends over the Service. You shall be solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it, and you agree that we are only acting as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of your User Content. You understand and agree that you may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, objectionable, inappropriate for children, or otherwise unsuited to your purpose, and you agree that Verve shall not be liable for any damages you incur or allege to incur as a result of User Content. 

SECURITY

Verve cares about the integrity and security of your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or use your personal information for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.

You agree that Verve shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any sort relating to your dealings with such advertisers.
